The use of stainless steel storage tanks is a very important exchange, which is directly related to the performance and quality of the product. Therefore, we need to strictly control when using stainless steel storage tanks.
1. This equipment is suitable for storage of liquid materials in sterile containers, so before production and use, cleaning should be used for cleaning. The cleaning should pay attention to various factors to solve the problem, and the pressure should be cleaned by the tank washer. Clean water is also re-washed through the dish washer, and each valve is closed after the cleaning liquid is placed at the bottom discharge port. Open the steam valve to sterilize and clear bacteria.

3. When disinfecting, pay attention to whether each pipeline valve leaks. If there is air leakage, deal with it in time to avoid bacterial intrusion in the air during storage.

The valves of the oil storage tank inlet and outlet pipelines should be insulated; the light-transmitting holes on the top of the oil storage tank, the cover of the inspection hole, the gasket should be kept intact, and the cover of the hole should be tightly closed. The oil measuring port should be implanted with non-sparking metal gaskets; the breathing valve on the tank and the hydraulic safety valve base should be equipped with a flame arrestor. The flame arrester is inspected at least once a season.
7. Lightning-proof and anti-static grounding device should be installed, and the grounding resistance should be greater than 10Q. There should be at least one grounding point every 30m along the bottom of the tank. Do not penetrate two grounding points for a single tank. Every spring, the lightning protection and anti-static grounding device should be inspected comprehensively, and the grounding resistance value should meet the requirements.
8. Wrap the cans with chemical fiber clothing and shoes with nails. Turn on and off the non-explosion-proof flashlight above the top of the tank. If the oil pipeline in the storage tank area catches fire, the cleaning operation shall comply with industry regulations. If the oil storage tank is on fire, report it immediately and stop the operation of the burning oil tank.
