Working Principle

Microwaves are electromagnetic waves with extremely short wavelengths. They are electromagnetic waves like radio waves, infrared rays, and visible light. The frequency range of microwave is 300MHz-300KMHz, that is, the wavelength is 1mm-1m. 
The principle of microwave heating: microwave heating is the use of microwaves as an energy source. When microwaves interact with material molecules, they produce molecular polarization, orientation, friction, collision, and absorption of microwave energy to produce thermal effects. This heating method is called microwave heating.
Microwave heating means that an object generates heat after absorbing microwaves. Different materials have different ability to absorb microwaves, and their heating effects are also different. This mainly depends on the dielectric loss of the material

Microwave Continuous Output Mode
Studies have shown that pulsed microwaves will generate high-threshold electromagnetic pulses at the moment of "on" and "off", resulting in large temperature fluctuations and destroying the shape of organic molecules, which affects the accuracy of the experimental results. PID Adjustment 
PID parameters can be flexibly adapted to different operating environments. When the ambient temperature, the volume of the reaction material, the polarity, and the heat capacity change, the PID parameters can be automatically modified to make the machine adapt to the new environment.

Add a CPU as a co-processor to assist the main processor in temperature control. It can avoid the phenomenon of program instability caused by a single CPU. Higher computing speed and larger computing capacity increase the reliability of the work and ensure the smooth progress of the experiment.

High-precision Thin-film Platinum Resistance Temperature Sensor
Imported high-precision vacuum deposition sputtering thin-film platinum resistance, its performance is better than ordinary wire-wound platinum resistance. Reliable shielding device effectively eliminates electromagnetic interference and self-heating effects. Collecting data is more reliable.

Multi -segment Working Mode
