Spherical concentrators are mainly used in the concentration, distillation and recovery of organic solvents in the production process of pharmaceutical industry, beverage industry, biological engineering, petroleum industry, fine chemical industry and water treatment industry.
The spherical concentrator adopts reduced-pressure concentration technology, which greatly reduces energy consumption and equipment operating costs. The spherical concentrator is heated by the interlayer (steam or heat transfer oil), the solvent in the material liquid evaporates and gasifies, and the vaporized solvent vapor enters into the condenser through the gas-liquid separator, where the heat is exchanged to complete the liquefaction. After being changed from gas to liquid, it is further cooled by the cooler, and all the liquefied solvents flow into the receiving tank for storage to complete solvent recovery. In the concentration tank, a large amount of solvent evaporates in the feed liquid, thus achieving the purpose of concentration.
