3. Each fermentation tank can be equipped with four peristaltic pumps to achieve feeding, acid addition, alkali addition, defoaming, etc. The four pump channels are customized and can be interchanged for standby.
4. pH control realizes online monitoring, automatic alarm, and the peristaltic pump automatically adds acid and alkali solution and automatically measures.
5. The sanitary 316L stainless steel bottom annular gas distributor is professionally designed, with uniform bubble distribution and pores that are not easy to clog.
6. Temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, speed, defoaming, and feeding parameters can be set. The PID automatic control mode is used to control the temperature and pH value, with high control accuracy and not easy to fluctuate.
7. Optional online monitoring of biomass (OD) can be used to monitor the biomass in the fermentation liquid in real time online without sampling, reducing the risk of contamination.
