Application

Stainless steel tanks are extensively applied in the petroleum, chemical, rubber, pesticide, dyestuff, medicine and food industries, functioning as pressure vessels for completing vulcanization, nitration, hydrogenation, alkylation, polymerization, condensation and other technological processes.

Working Principle

A stainless steel reactor is a comprehensive reaction vessel. Its structure, functions and accessories can be designed according to the reaction conditions. When the height-diameter ratio of the stirring device is relatively big, it can adopt multi-layer stirring blade and it can also be selected as required by users. It set up the jacket outside the reactor or set up the heat exchange surface inside the reactor. It can also exchange heat through the external circulation. The bearings include the prop support and lug support. The gear reducer should be used when the speed exceeds 160rpm. The quantity of hols, specifications or other requirements can be designed and made as required by users.

 
  1. Normally the packing seal is adopted under normal or low pressure. Generally the working pressure is lower than 0.2Mpa (2kg/cm2).
  2. The mechanical seal is adopted under normal medium pressure or vacuum condition. Generally the working pressure is negative or 0.4Mpa (4kg/cm2).
  3. The magnetic seal is adopted under high pressure or high volatility of medium. Generally the working pressure is more than 1.4Mpa (14kg/cm2).
Structure Introduction

Apart from the magnetic seal adopting water for cooling, other sealing forms can add the cooling water jacket when the temperature exceeds 120ºC. It can realize the presetting reaction procedures at a high degree of automation from the feeding to reaction to discharging, and it can strictly regulate the temperature, pressure, dynamic control (stirring and air blasting), reactant and product concentrations, and other important parameters during the reaction process. The material of reactors generally include carbon manganese steel, stainless steel, zirconium, nickel base alloy(Hartz and Monel alloy) and other compound material. So a reactor can be made of SUS304, SUS316L and other stainless steel materials. The stirrer covers anchor type, frame type, paddle type, turbo type, scraper type and combined type. The rotary mechanism can adopt the cycloid-pin gear reducer, stepless reducer or frequency conversion reducer, satisfying the special reaction requirements of various materials. The sealing device can use the mechanical seal, packing seal and other sealing methods. The heating and cooling can use jacket, half pipes, coil pipes, Miller plate and other structures. The heating modes have steam heating, electrical heating and oil conduction so as to satisfy technological requirements in various working environment, such as acid resistance, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance. All of these can be designed and manufactured according to the technological requirements of users.
