FL series fluidized bed drying granulator is the equipment that combines mixing, granulation, and drying in one closed container.
The equipment is of vertical structure, it is generally composed of blower, air filter, heater, fluidized bed host ( composed of bottom barrel, middle barrel,top barrel, and material trolley), induced draft fan and control cabinet. Depending on the nature of materials, cyclone separator or bag filter can be selected as required. The structure is simple and easy to operate.
Performance characteristics:
Through powder granulation, improve fluidity and reduce dust flying;
Improve the solubility of the powder by granulation;
mixing - granulation - drying - completed in one machine (one-step granulation);
Using anti-static filter material, the equipment is safe to operate;
Binder atomizer adopts multi-fluid spray gun, the fog particles are uniform, and the qualified rate of finished products is greatly improved;
The equipment has no dead angle, the loading and unloading material is light and fast, and it is rinsed clean.
