Spherical concentrators are mainly used in the concentration, distillation and recovery of organic solvents in the production process of pharmaceutical industry, beverage industry, biological engineering, petroleum industry, fine chemical industry and water treatment industry.
The spherical concentrator adopts reduced-pressure concentration technology, which greatly reduces energy consumption and equipment operating costs. The spherical concentrator is heated by the interlayer (steam or heat transfer oil), the solvent in the material liquid evaporates and gasifies, and the vaporized solvent vapor enters into the condenser through the gas-liquid separator, where the heat is exchanged to complete the liquefaction. After being changed from gas to liquid, it is further cooled by the cooler, and all the liquefied solvents flow into the receiving tank for storage to complete solvent recovery. In the concentration tank, a large amount of solvent evaporates in the feed liquid, thus achieving the purpose of concentration.
1. The main equipment of the spherical concentrator is made of high-grade stainless steel, and the inside and outside are finely polished to prevent the material from sticking to the wall, not easy to scale, block, stick to the wall, and foam, and it is easy to clean;
2. Adopt reduced pressure concentration, reduce the operating temperature, shorten the concentration time, effectively retain the effective ingredients in the material;
3. The spherical concentrator is a jacket structure, the condenser is a tubular structure, and the cooler is a coil structure;
4. According to process requirements, various extraction and concentration operations such as negative pressure and normal pressure can be realized, just switch the valve, which is easy to operate; The spherical concentrator adopts reduced pressure concentration operation, the evaporation temperature is low, and a stirrer can be installed to increase the evaporation speed. Prevent material adhesion, reduce foam formation, and increase the concentration of finished products;
5. The spherical concentrator has a compact structure and covers a small area; Solvents are used in closed circulation in the equipment, which can reduce the investment by more than 50%, with small investment and high efficiency, effectively reducing environmental pollution, and meeting the requirements of GMP standards.
